Ambrose Bierce is one of my favourite short story writers. He's best known for his story An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge. He may have become even more famous if not for his disappearance in 1913 when he went to Mexico to cover the war and was never seen again. His last known location was around Chihuahua, Mexico. CBSRMT adapted the 2 stories I selected for you this week. So prepare for a hour and a half of mystery and danger with The Damned Thing & The Monk And The Hangman's Daughter.
